See what’s happening inside your warehouse, without walking the floor
Geo-Trac wireless sensors report temperature, humidity and more from a warehouse or large building to one cloud dashboard, with alerts when a reading goes out of range. It suits warehouses that store sensitive equipment, where temperature and humidity are critical.
Large buildings are hard to watch by hand
Conditions change where nobody is looking
A cold corner, a damp bay or a hot loading dock can go unnoticed until stock, materials or finishes are affected. Humidity that stays too high can lead to condensation and corrosion on stored equipment.
Manual checks take time
Walking a large floor with a handheld meter gives you one reading at one moment, and a trip to write it down.
No record when it matters
When a customer, insurer or contractor asks what conditions were, you need dated readings, not memory.
Sensors, gateways and one dashboard
Geo-Trac fits the way a large building actually works: many sensors, wide coverage and clear records.
Temperature and humidity
Wireless sensors report temperature and humidity, and the platform calculates dew point, wet bulb and other values from them.
Long-range coverage
For larger facilities we offer a LoRa-based sensor and gateway line built for long range and low power, so coverage reaches across big floors and yards.
Threshold alerts
Set the limits that matter to you. When a reading crosses one, Geo-Trac sends an email, so you hear about it before stock or equipment is affected.
History you can show
Every reading is logged, so you can look back at a period. Export the data to Excel or a PDF report to share with a customer or insurer.
Equipment and assets too
Track forklifts, trailers and other assets on the same dashboard, and see where they were last seen.
One dashboard
Conditions, assets, alerts and reports sit together, and your team can log in from a phone’s web browser, with no app to install.
Our sensors and platform have been used on a large warehouse project storing data center equipment, where temperature and humidity readings were critical. The sensors were installed by our customer’s own team. If you have a facility in mind, tell us the size and what you need to watch, and we will talk through what is possible.
How it works
Tell us about the space
Share the size of the building and what you need to watch, such as temperature, humidity or doors.
Mount the sensors
Sensors are mounted at the points you choose, such as pillars, and report through a gateway.
Watch readings, get alerts
See every zone on one dashboard and get an email when a reading goes out of range.
An example sensor layout
This is a planned layout from a large warehouse project. Sensors sit on a grid of pillar positions, grouped into zones, with sensors at the overhead doors and a pair on each air handler coil, one before and one after.
Every building is different, so a real layout depends on its size, racking and air handling.
Tell us about your building
Share the size of the space and what you need to monitor, and we will set up a 20-minute walkthrough.
