Demo requests are submitted through our website host, Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify’s servers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be processed there and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when you visit. We share your information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and respond to you, and as required by law.
We keep demo requests only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our business relationship with you, and we delete them when you ask us to, unless we are required to keep them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including limiting who can see form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This policy covers our website. Data collected by Geo-Trac devices and the Geo-Trac dashboard for our customers, such as equipment location, run-time, and environmental readings, is handled under the agreement we have with each customer.
